I had a hearing test done at the Hamilton office. Usman Mirza was profession, polite and informative. I really appreciated his help.

I received a friendly reminder call for my appointment. I arrived on the right day on time. I was greeted by polite receptionist Dakota. Just had a short sit down before the hearing instrument specialist, Usman Mirza ushered me in. He checked my hearing aids, asked me how they had been working for me, he checked them over, and tested them, they were charging fine. We had a short friendly visit.
