Grace here, Kristina is amazing to talk with and makes everything about hearing health awesome.
I had a hearing aid that would take a full charge but wouldn't function at all. Kristine was very diligent in finding out the reason it didn't work. She found the problem and fixed it. Meanwhile Kristine made my wife and I feel at home as we got to know one another. I appreciated her sense of humor as well as practical information regarding the function and care of my new hearing aids. My mother in law was having issues with her hearing aids so we “popped” in on a whim to see if she could get them checked out. Kristine was so very helpful! She took the time to check out her ears, cleaned her hearing aids , and she was able to hear again ! We are so thankful for her and that we have access to the Willmar location.
Excellent service
Kristine is very friendly and personable person. When I came in for my hearing test it was very thorough from start to finish. I highly recommend Miracle Ear as the staff are very welcoming.
