Great customer service.
I had my first appointment on May 13. I was given a hearing aid for my left ear and brought it back a week later. I decided what I want and asked if they file insurance or do I. He said his insurance people would look into that and he’d get back with me. Three weeks went by and I have heard nothing. I’ve called his cell number that he gave me and left messages each time.
