Since I first got my Miracle Ear aids 7 years ago, I've been very pleased with the professional, courteous, friendly care I've received from both Cyndi and Shane. Cyndi keeps me on my toes with timely appointment reminders. And Shane takes such good care of my testing, with explanations that make sense to seniors like myself. Just had my quarterly 'tune up' today (2/9/2023) and my aids are like new. Started going there till the dr got a,little rude. Going tell me what i have to do for my ears3rd time there he said no cannot do ear exam too much wax., will not go back to see him at all went to the dr they did a,fush thing told them what happened ask why couldn't do it.poor service
Friendly staff. They get me in right away anytime there is a problem.
First time there. Lots of information given both before and after the exam. Friendly people, and learned a lot about my hearing from the test. Doc was friendly, very informative, and didn't force me to get something I don't need. I highly recommend going there if your hearing might need some help.
