Since I first got my Miracle Ear aids 9 years ago, I've been very pleased with the professional, courteous, friendly care. . Cyndi keeps me on my toes with timely appointment reminders. And the Tech takes such good care of my testing, with explanations that make sense to seniors like myself. Just had my quarterly 'tune up' (Dec. 2025) and my aids are like new. Would recommend that anyone with hearing difficulties, especially with conversations, check in with Cyndi for an evaluation of your hearing. -- Gayle H.
