Always a pleasure seeing Tom whether it’s here in rock Hill or in the Johnson City location, always takes care of mine and my wife’s problems no matter what it seems to be, he is so very much appreciated by myself and my wife, as always, a wonderful shout out to Christie and Sal up in Johnson City love seeing them 👍,, great people. definitely five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕ plus rating, thanks for all you do

I wanted to wait a few months before making a review so here it is: My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tom at Miracle Ear and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I must admit my hesitation in getting hearing aids was mostly due to vanity. However, Tom made the whole process smooth and reassuring.
