Miracle Ear Hawaii do not honor the 30 day trial period as advertised. Try to keep you in contract by some fine print. Customer service ? Not at ALL. Will not call back. Hearing aids not satisfactory. Talk you into $8 K and can't hear what is being said by people close up. Will not refund even though they received the hearing aids back before the 30 trial period was up. TERRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Gino Valente June 2025
