The Customer Service provided in the past has always been top notch! Office staff is experienced, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service we have received.
Karen in the Wenatchee office has taken such good care of me. She's always there to help with whatever I need.
Thank you Karen & Chuck for yr help to keep Francisco hearing aides in ck they are a older brand but their still in use at this time. He needs a new pair but just can't afford at this time. Great company to deal with!
Miracle Ear has been taking of me for about 20 years, all in my small town of Omak, Wa. I get free visits for cleaning and any adjustments that may be required for my optimum hearing experience, even after warranty period expires. A person to person experience is always better than a person to telephone experience. Being with Miracle Ear for the amount of time I have been with them speaks for the quality of their product.
