Totally brilliant. Katy was very knowledgeable, empathetic and helpful. From initial consultation and hearing test to customizing my new hearing aids was 100% free of any drama. Katy is a credit to her profession. I am pleased that my Insurance company forced me to use Miracle-ear and I was able to dump my 15 year old monoliths! Her front desk was also very helpful. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Miracle-Ear for a hearing test with Amanda Gillum, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was! I am new to this disability. Suggestions were to go to COSTCO for a fair price. With some hesitation, I went to Miracle ear at McKinney. They made me comfortable and did all the tests. They also handled all my insurance and paperwork. My aids do not feel as if I am wearing them at all. Staff was fabulous and did great job in taking impression. They are happy and helpful to answered all questions and after sales service is great so far.
They took me in as a walk in and helped me immediately. They fixed my problem with 10 minutes. Will recommend them to everyone.
