I saw Mark Pfohl today for my annual exam. He was an excellent communicator, made me feel at ease and explained everything well. I’m pretty particular and rarely give glowing reviews. I highly recommend his services.

I thought this issue was resolved but I have called two days in a row to get an update on our refund and to make sure our checking account is not charged for the next payment. I was told by Jennifer that someone would be calling me back and as of 12:09pm today, noone has called me. I cannot recommend this company if this is how they are when customers decide to not go with their product. I bought a pair of hearing aids on January 29, 2026. I bought a pair of hearing aids on January 29, 2026. These are not working for me and constantly lose Bluetooth connection which is the main reason we chose this model. I have called since February 12, 2026 to return them and get my money refunded and was supposed to get a call back. As of today's date, February 14, 2026, noone has called me. This issue was resolved by Mark and Miracle Ear. He is really an asset to the company. Although the product did not work for me does not mean it is not for others.
