While my first review was only one star, it has improved very much. An Audiologist named David Souse has turned things around very much. He has been doing things better and now I can hear better. Although the hearing aids still need more tuning to my ears and my phone, which he previously helped me with. We still have some more work to do with those problems. Their hours are poor sand bo.one will help.me vy raking my wheelchair out of my car. So he tuned it while I was sitting in the car..an brought it out to me. What a misteak. Since then the left hearing aid stopped working and the lefr side of the box does not charge. Over $5000 and I am going on a year with one hearing aid. Why can't they be opened on weekends and help me by removing my wheehair from the car.
