The staff is nice & professional. But this is a WARNING to the elderly. Buyer's Beware. Please be absolutely sure that you want to purchase the hearing aid BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. Although they have a return policy, if you change your mind. It's easier said than done. I went to at least 4/5 appointments with my mom when she decided she didn't want it within the 1st / 2nd mos. I like ME because Iam treated like family from the time I walk in to when I walk out Iam not happy about wearing a hearing aid, but I am sure happy about hearing with one you can hardly see it thanks ME
I initially went to the Avenue U store in Brooklyn because Miracle Ear was considerably cheaper and faster at making customized swimming earplugs than any of the 5 audiology centers that I checked. I was even more impressed by the level of service I got from Kim Visser, the HIS. She carefully explained the whole procedure for fitting and making the earplugs. She was also readily available for questions after getting my earplugs. I would highly recommend this store and Kim to anybody looking for ear-related solutions.
Dr Anthony Trapani is an excellent dr & very very patient with his clients I would definitely recommend him.
