Hearing aid quit working at work, I thought it was done for, it made a wierd static noise when I put a new battery in and then it died. I didnt have an appointment; I walked in because because my wife had an appointment next door and they were able to clean it and get it working again in just a few minutes.
Terminated my 90 yr old mothers relationship here. Gage should practice some anger management and not hold his dog accountable especially in front of customers. And that's not training. Office did and annual test of hearing and comfort. They failed and mom reports the hearing aids were painful. We went 19 miles south and had it done right. We never thought we were dealing with a real personality here and always felt he was faking his sincerity. We will take our business over the hill where we felt accepted and comfortable.
