They are truly client advocates!! I have had my Aids for several years and they have been my cheerleaders when I first obtained the Aids guiding me over the phone or to come in to the office to make sure I understood what to do. This caring for me the customer has not diminish in any way for the entire time I have been with them. Miracle Ear was very rude to me telling me my ins doesn't cover hearing aids and that Medicare doesn't cover them. I explained I have an advantage plan and they informed me that they didn't care to hear about my finances! Anyway, went to a place that not only accepts my insurance but I have no out of pocket expenses. I can also get new ones every year. Miracle Ear is way expensive anyway. Hearing Group in Moore, OK are the best!!
Amazing staff!!! Kim is very welcoming when we first came in and Calvin kept us laughing during the entire appointment. We could definitely tell he loved the job he's doing. We will definitely continue doing business with them.
I’ve been going to this Miracle Ear for two years now. And Kim has always been excellent. She smiles. She’s always ready to serve. I highly recommend this Miracle Ear to anybody.
