Ummm...after 2 months waiting, Brian VanDyne called and said he would get the hearing aids ordered. The next week the insurance company called and said they had canceled my order due to problems with the company's paperwork, my insurance no longer uses them as a provider. No phone-call from Miracle ear!! 2 months with not being able to hear!
