Great staff and very helpful.
Not very happyWe Bought in ear aids for my husband. They said they didn't have a good app for Android to control them. So we asked what did and he showed us the remote. He told us the price and latter we called back and said we'd take them. Then my husband came back he had no remote. When he went back in and asked about the retote they said it was a extra $250. Never once mentioning it was extra when we were there the first time and got the price. I called and talked to them and it was so sad to bad!
