My father is a patient with Miracle Ear. It has made his quality of life significantly better now that he can actually hear now. We purchased a medium tier hearing aid and it lasted about 3 to 4 years. We are now about to purchase another medium tier hearing aid as the last one is wearing out. We will absolutely purchase from Miracle Ear again. We love our experiences here, the staff, and the quality of the hearing aids. We highly recommend this company and especially this location! In Newport News, VA!

After years dealing with hearing loss and tinnitus, I decided to make an appointment with Lisa at Miracle Ear in Newport News. One word sums the visit up --- AMAZING! The entire process was flawless and very professional and knowledgeable. Lisa and her assistant were so caring and concerned about my feelings regarding my hearing loss. I brought my father to the Newport News store to have his hearing aids serviced. Not having them working correctly when in a world health crisis is not an option.His hearing aids were purchased in his home state. We had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Lisa. I say pleasure because, she listened to my dad, asked questions and made sure to meet his needs.At 90 years old my father is sadly used to the fact that seniors needs or wants aren't always addressed. Lisa was amazing and you can tell she loves her job.

They were very thorough in their testing, and provided me with information about how to get a grant to cover my hearing aids! I had to meet certain criteria, and my income made me eligible. However, I have a good credit score, which made me ineligible!🥺 They're going to do everything they can to get my (AARP United Healthcare Medicare) insurance's coverage to cover as much as they will. So I am a bit disappointed, but still very satisfied.

My husband and I both go here. Lisa is FABULOUS! She is personable, professional and patient. She's tremendously knowledgeable, listens, makes suggestions and improvements that are explained explicitly. We trust her with our hearing TOTALLY! We would not go anywhere else, period!
