Highly recommend this clinic! Ms.Kelly at the front is so polite, and always offers a little snack, and drink. She has been so helpful even the times I’ve called in. Such a sweet lady with a very clean clinic. Mr. Mark is awesome too, very informative and helpful. LOVE THIS CLINIC!! Highly recommend!

When my insurance wouldn’t cover what was expected Miracle Ear offered assistance with the Miracle Ear Foundation. Kelly, the receptionist felt like my best friend. Mark fixed something in my old aids while waiting for new on s. He did it for free making the old ones more comfortable. I highly recommend Miracle Ear. Best to you.
I went to Miracle Ear McKinney and met with Mark Pfohl. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Kelly, Office Manager was so nice. I’ll be back next week for my testing and have so much confidence with him.
