The staff is friendly, warm, and helpful, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They explained everything clearly during the hearing exam and made sure I felt informed and confident throughout the process.
Do not recommend! They have been “servicing” my hearing aids every 3 months for FIVE YEARS and they continue to squeal! Their “custom fit” doesn’t exist. I’m done with them. ☹️. Appointments are late or missed without notice, even after reminders to client of their appointment time
It was a wonderful experience. Teresa was very patient and helpful explaing everything. And Karen was absolutely lovely welcoming me into the office and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend.
