Very happy with the professional service received
I live in El Paso TX visiting family here in the Richmond area. Of course my Miracle Ear is also in El Paso. While hear the dome in my right ear detached whilst I was removing the unit. Thankfully I found this Miracle Ear, made an appointment, shortly went in. Buddy and Shana were on the case and very quickly Buddy got the dome out of my ear, put a new one on and even replaced the dome on the other unit.
