Leslie was amazing. She explained every step of the process. My mom had to cancel her appointment and Leslie called to check on her later and make sure she was ok.
Leslie is fantastic! Helped explain hearing loss and how it impacts the health of the brain. So thankful we went to her. We want confidence in aging-in-place and want to stay independent as long as possible. Leslie helped me feel comfortable as we moved through the process of hearing better. Nine weeks ago I received a Miracle Ear/Kroger coupon for a free hearing exam and a free $20.00 Kroger gift card. Went for the exam, was told that I would receive my gift card in about three weeks. Nine weeks later still waiting. Emailed and called several times and still haven't received my gift card. Thinking that it was nothing more than a scam and should report it to the Kentucky Attorney General's Fraud Division.
