Always easy to get appointment when. needed, Sal made sure the hearing aids were clean and in good functional order. Had been having problems connecting to Bluetooth and he explained how to check and some features on the updated app.
Miracle Ear has done a fantastic job of helping me transition into wearing hearing aids. They are kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. Kristy is always so friendly and welcoming. The last time I was there, I was not hearing very well out of my right ear. I mentioned this and the young man went above and beyond to understand what the problem was! Kristy greets you and is always pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. I had a couple of problems—they were resolved quickly and correctly.
I have PTSD when driving so when I got to miracle ear I was wound up. The receptionist Kristy was kind and I calmed down instantly then Sal was great and put me at ease. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for help with their hearing.
