I lost a hearing aid during a 30 day field test period at the Auburn Miracle Ear office, Tim offered to lie, saying I had insurance in order to get another 10% of half of the total hearing aid cost so I could continue the field test. This is a very shady business to work with.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Very nice personality. Explained everything at each step of the process. Highly recommend this store.
We had an appointment that was made last November. When we came today there was no record of it and they didn't even try to fit us in.
