I had family in town and Christina was amazing! She didn’t have to help us, since my grandmother goes to a separate franchise in her home state, but Christina went above and beyond to help her. The staff was incredibly kind to us. I can’t thank them enough!
I am from Arizona and had issues with my hearing aids. Christina is the receptionist. She did a wonderful job taking care of me although my hearing aids were not their brand they took charge cleaned them put new filters and did not charge me. The front office is great really Homey and comfortable. She needs a raise. The doctor came out and he was a gracious as anything. My son came in. He got his hearing aids there. Overall my experience was very good. The staff is friendly and personable. The price is higher than expected, but the promise of being taken care of us and our needs is worth it.
After a bit of a rocky start; however, I couldn't be more pleased with the attention to getting my hearing aids correct for my situation. It's really been a great experience! Just went in today for a cleaning, and the receptionist was very friendly and did an exceptional job. Thank you!
