I am giving this two stars because the staff are very nice. I received a promotional postcard advertising a “free gift card” on completion of a “free” hearing test. I made the appointment, completed the hearing test to reveal I did not have a need for a hearing aid. I requested the “free gift card.” Six weeks later, still no gift card, but a lot of junk mail and two phone calls to purchase a hearing aid that I do not need. Anyone looking to get hearing aids or even update too new one's, Miracle ear in chehalis is the place. Jesse is a great man and know his hearing aids. Only thing is he is a Seahawks fan but don't hold it against him. Bang Bang Gang 🤣
It was unpleasant and awkward listening to the receptionist scream at her child while waiting to see the specialist.
I've called them three times and asked for my name to be removed, as I am on the Do not send Junk Mail. Apparently, they take the information down but they don't follow through, as I am still receiving junk mail from them. I do not recommend a place that does not listen to people.
