Fully open. Very friendly and informative.
Took great care and attention with my 89 year old mother.
Mary Jo is very helpful but as far as the hearing aids, I have made more trips to the office to have one or the other fixed. I should be on their payroll for all the time I have spent getting them repaired. I have had them for approx. one and a half years and would not recommend Miracle Ear to anyone. I should have just went to Walmart and bought a pair there.
