First time here... Very professional... Jacqueline, office manager, offered me a coffee, which was very welcome, given the day that I was having. Lisa was very clear in her annunciation during the testing of my hearing. And the gentleman I sat with, Eric (a regional manager, I believe) was very helpful... both in explaining the 'science' involved with hearing issues, and the array of options their company offered to satisfy just about any need and or budget. I have been to many places trying to get Hearing Aids and then I found Miracle Ear and this place is awesome! Brian, Sophia and Jacqueline were great, the Customer service is amazing. I highly recommend them.
