My husband & I just finished a visit to Miracle Ear. Outstanding customer service! Even though the hearing aids we had were out of warranty, Matt cleaned them & tried to get them to work. He was so nice. Also, the lady at the front desk is very helpful & patient. We definitely recommend going here if you need hearing assistance.
How I'm going to say is if they offer you a free hearing aid be sure you read The NeverEnding contract of how your face and your story is going to be public. And that you might want to find out if they're ever going to agree to make repairs or replace your hearing aid if anything goes wrong with it. Read the paperwork very carefully
This place is awesome, especially now that they are finally settled in their new location. The staff is wonderful and full of knowledge.
Tyson spent a lot of time with my mom and I, 3 hours between our 2 appointments. He, as well as the receptionist, were very pleasant to talk to, professional and answered all of our questions in detail (and I asked a lot of questions). He and his staff have worked hard to find a financing option for my mom since her insurance dosen't cover Miracle Ear. I would absolutely recommend this place.
