I had a great experience at Miracle Ear. The receptionist was friendly and very kind. Sheldon was amazing. He took the time to conduct thorough testing. Explained everything as he went along, and answered all questions posed. He did not try to pressure any sales, and provided an honest opinion regarding my audio needs. Kudos for hiring such great staff.

I received my Miracle Hearing aids 2 years ago, and have been very happy with them. They are very comfortable and easy to wear. I just had my hearing test done to see how everything was going. Sheldon did a very through job in explaining the test, and showed me the chart explaining where my hearing loss is. It really helped me to understand what's happening. I would recommend Sheldon to anyone who is considering getting hearing aids.

Had a great exam! Front office staff was helpful and pleasant. Even though I don’t have hearing loss that a hearing aid would address at this time, to understand the ringing in my ears was helpful.
