They're great, but my medicaid won't pay for my hearing AIDS.Because i'm not to the point to where I need them drastically
Would not recommend. My grandmother’s hearing aid has supposedly been at the factory being fixed for over 3 months. No solutions. No call backs. No money refunded. They won’t give me the number to reach out to the factory. Ridiculous to pay that much for a needed medical device that you can’t have/use.
Completely inept. No customer service. Equipment didn't work. No knowledgeable employees. Do not go there!!
They are very professional and listen to their customers. They are very knowledgeable in audiology.
