I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years. I bought my first set of miracle ear hearing aids almost 6 years ago. I was very impressed with the quality of the hearing aids over what I had been wearing and they were both about the same cost. The only thing I wasn’t too happy with was the quality of sound when playing music from my phone. I play a lot of music on my phone when I’m working in the yard or just hanging out. I recently replaced my old herring aids with the with the latest technology in hearing aids. I could not be more pleased with them. My hearing is so much better. I can now have my T.V. setting for sound on 15-18. Before i had to turn it up to almost 40. With the new ones , I can now lower the background noise, Terry and Kathy are always there to help me with any questions or adjustments i need. I had a very pleasant and positve visit for my hearing aids to be repaired. Bob and Anette were very professional and very quick to help me with my problem.
Both Andrew and Meghan are extremely personable and helpful. Andrew was very patient with me when I inserted the hearing aids. He answered all my questions with clarity and much information. It is a pleasure to do business with them.
When we go to Johnson City Miracle Ear on Broyles St., Maria is always very patient, knowledgeable and happy to assist with whatever you are dealing with.
