While visiting from Louisiana I had an issue with one of my hearing aids. I was not certain if the location in Lenior would be able to assist. I was pleasantly surprised how kind, thorough and attentive the specialist, Mr. Dellinger, was in his support. After identifying the issue, he went above and beyond expectations to determine warranty status by checking the serial number on the hearing aid since he didn't have access to the selling branches portal. The hearing aid specialist Mike was great to deal with, but the insurance paperwork side leaves a lot to be desired. Had to pay $6500 out of pocket and am to be reimbursed $2500 of that. Well I have been waiting over 2 months and finally called the customer support number just to find out they filed it 2 days prior? Really guys it takes 2 months to submit a paper, I will be keeping my hearing aids but if I need any services done I will find another miracle ear office😒
