Miracle Ear in Lenoir nc is great. Both employees are caring. But the 800 number is not. I will go to the office in lenoir before I xall.
So impressed with the recent visit on Lenoir with Mike Dellinger. His k owledge and professional service was great! We highly recommend this office

While visiting from Louisiana I had an issue with one of my hearing aids. I was not certain if the location in Lenior would be able to assist. I was pleasantly surprised how kind, thorough and attentive the specialist, Mr. Dellinger, was in his support. After identifying the issue, he went above and beyond expectations to determine warranty status by checking the serial number on the hearing aid since he didn't have access to the selling branches portal.
