Went in to have receiver/earpiece replaced. The original worked, the wire had just lost some of its firmness. Charged me $80 for a replacement. They used a shorter earpiece and told me it would be fine. As soon as I drove off, it quit working. Turned around and went back and advised them that I wanted the size that I originally used. They had one overnighted and replaced it. Still had trouble with it losing volume. Took it back and Morgan cleaned "gunk" out of it and said it was okay.
