Excellent care and follow up. Dan is very thorough and easy to work with.
Dan went over everything and took his time. He did not rush through anything. He listened to what I had to say. I am very pleased working with him. Very friendly and easy to work with.
This new guy Dan is great. Very thoughtful and thorough . Seems his goal is to make your hearing better. He does all kinds of testing . Explains and shows whst he’s doing. And ask you plenty of questions too. And let’s not forget Julie!! Without her that place would have the windows boarded up. Seriously she’s amazing goes far above the call of duty. Get customer service skills are second to none! So all in all thsts a great team they’ve got st miracle ear marshfield and would absolutely recommend giving them a try.
Dylan Williams manage to squeeze me in between appointments and make adjustments on my hearing aids. He was very helpful. Thanks.
