EDIT 4/18/26: thank you to Kevin Dumont and miracle Ear in Plymouth for following up and solving my dad’s hearing aid issue by replacing them. We really appreciate the follow through! In August 2025 we sent my father, Gerard Bridgham‘s, hearing aids in for repair. It’s been ALMOST 9 MONTHS and he does not have them back yet!!! He can’t hear!! Purchased a VERY expensive hearing aid system for my elderly mother through the Plymouth Miracle Ear location It appears the rechargeable battery has failed in one of the devices Called and got an answering service who assured me the Plymouth Store would be open. Drove from N Haverhill to find the store closed (during posted hours) Called from parking lot told I could bring in after 9:30 and arrived home to find an “appointment” had been issued for 4:45pm. Kevin Dumont keeps mailing my mother asking her to come in for an exam, Kevin's been mailing these letters for over six years now. I've called numerous times to ask Miracle-Ear to stop. No one ever answers the phone, perhaps they can't hear it?! Sometimes when I call I'm told the number has been disconnected. Coming back to the letter addressed to my mother..... She's been dead for six years and counting, perhaps this will finally get Kevin's attention.
