Gina Baker, greeted me with friendliness and showed courtesy and kindness to me. She was very efficient in handling my account. Donald Tate was very friendly, patient and caring. I was impressed at his knowledge of the eardrum and although he doesn't brag about all of his awards he's received, he has them! I felt confident that I was in good hands. His testing was thorough and I look forward to hearing better when I get my hearing aids!
