I can hear again
He has a male "receptionist" who's learning the biz which is great. Didn't see the dr., but the guy who's the technically receptionist gave me the mold for my hearing aid and I was out the door.
Met on time. Inquired as to my concerns, problems or changes I might feel we're needed. Did an annual review of my hearing status, checked my inner ear for any problems and answered my questions in regard to proper care if hearing aids and my questions about newer models, if I should decide to upgrade. Escorted me to the door, thanked me for coming and made sure I knew how to contact them if I have questions or concerns. What a pleasure to be treated as a valued customer in a timely, efficient manner.
