THESE LADIES ARE THE BEST! Very helpful and knowledgeable! They keep us connected with each other and the world.
The rep, Crystal, gave top service. She was very kind and explained things very well, including the proper way to put in the hearing aids. One customer had a chronic problem with horrible squawking and feedback from several types of hearing aids previously. Crystal showed her exactly how to put in the aids to prevent that, and the problem was fixed instantly. Both my parents got their hearing aids from Crystal, and it’s been life changing. THANK YOU!
I have been coming here since 2012 and have been very pleased with the services. I'm on my second pair of hearing aids, and I'm very impressed by the staff, especially Crystal and Sarah.
