My dad went here and his ear was cleaned out by not a doctor and he wound up in a walk in the next day for excessive bleeding despite calling this office for guidance with no call back, the walk in medical doctor gave him drops to clear blood and was told to go to his EMT which we did today and his ear canal had a very large clot so doctors are unable to view ear drum to ensure it’s not ruptured. Will continue drops for two weeks and then go back to examine again. No one but a doctor should ever touch someone’s ear canal.
Leslie and staff are always so accommodating!!
Leslie and Kathy completely went out of their way for my mother-in-law when she was having a problem with her hearing aid While visiting from out of town. They were both so compassionate and helpful and really went above and beyond. In addition , Leslie Is a complete expert in the units and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend the office!

Haven't gone yet, but I will soon. I live In Coram, NY the ones that my Sister Brought for me was out from Staten Island NY when I visit her. Very nice people as well.
