Pete was very knowledgeable and explained the hearing process thoroughly to me and helped me decide which way to choose my hearing aids. He is also helping me to navigate the aids to suit me and make me comfortable with them, each appointment has me feeling good and not self conscious about wearing them. I would definitely recommend his office for anyone that needs to hear better. I didn't know what I was missing until I had Pete help me with getting this off my bucket list, so glad I made the decision to get them.
The receptionist at the North Huntington office was a great help. My right hearing aid was muffled and I couldn’t hear properly. Shea was able to clean it And it worked. I just made it before they closed . Just wish they were open beyond 4 pm had to rush to get there before they closed.

Great people to deal with. I was having a problem with one of my aids, it was fixed quickly! You just don't know what you are not hearing until you are able to hear!!!
