After reading others reviews of Lebanon Miracle Ear, I decided to make an appointment. I was pleasantly welcomed by Patty and continued in to have my hearing tested. Jake, the hearing specialist, has a demeanor that makes you feel very comfortable to be there. I was led by him through the purchasing format and soon after, received my aids. Jake does his job very well. He knows his products well and makes it a reassuring venture when taking on the new world of hearing aids.
I just got my first pair of hearing aids at Miracle Ear in West Lebanon NH and am very pleased. Staff there are very professional, educational and care about their clients. And the aids are small enough not to stand out. Would recommend them to others looking to hear better.
My husband and I have had hearing aids from Miracle Ear for several years now. Jake has always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was never pushy, he always understood our situations and worked with us on our schedule and needs. Patty his office assistant is always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend their services!!!
I Was extremely impressed with the type of personal attention Jake gives his clients. Unlike many places, Jake listens to your concerns and almost like a friend, discusses options that you may want to consider. I did not feel pressured to make a decision at the time of my visit.
