My father is a patient at the Statesville location. He has stage four cancer and other health problems, when he didn’t have enough income to pay for his hearing aid repair, the Statesville office refused to give him a copy of his current hearing test results to share with the VA hospital. They refused to fax, email or hand us a copy! This is illegal. Everyone has a right to receive their medical records or have them sent to another facility.
