The Miracle Ear staff are very professional and extremely helpful. The receptionist is friendly & patient. She assisted with insurance questions efficiently. Most importantly during my elderly father’s hearing exam, the audiologist created a pleasant & caring atmosphere. I had received several mailings offering a free hearing test, and I took them up on it. A two hour appointment was scheduled in case I would be interested to learn about hearing aid options based on my results. Matt tested me Word Recognition, Tones, and Decibels, and then we reviewed the results in a detailed chart. As a professional linguist, I was impressed by the chart, which detailed results in vowels, consonants, and volume. It contrasted the normal English speech range with what I am able to hear.
