Very friendly and answers all questions
I just got new hearing aids and they are great. Matt who helped me was great. Very friendly and accommodating. I recommend them to anyone in need of hearing aids.
I am very pleased with the customer service that I receive when I go there. Matt is very helpful whenever I would have a question, with appointment or no appointment. I had to send in my hearing aids in for repair and he offered me the use of a loaner pair which I was very impressed with so I could still enjoy the comfort of hearing.
Matt was very helpful in tuning up my hearing aids. He cleaned Ralph and my hearing aids also. They really care about you.
