I am very pleased with the customer service that I receive when I go there. Matt is very helpful whenever I would have a question, with appointment or no appointment. I had to send in my hearing aids in for repair and he offered me the use of a loaner pair which I was very impressed with so I could still enjoy the comfort of hearing.
Matt was very helpful in tuning up my hearing aids. He cleaned Ralph and my hearing aids also. They really care about you.
Miracle-Ear gave me the gift of hearing wonderful people to work with I would definitely recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone with hearing loss
