I went for a hearing test and new hearing aids as the ones I was wearing trying to hear from was purchased in 2016. Both Rebecca and Tammy were very thorough, exceptionally nice and friendly. They took their time to explain why I heard sounds and speech the way that I did after testing. They did not get in a hurry and try to rush me out the door to try to get to their next customer. Excellent customer service and a thorough explanation of the ear, the hearing process, and the benefits of quality hearing aids. Tammy is knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend the Norton office.
