Meghan is the best. My mother‘s hearing aids stopped working right before her birthday. I brought them to Megan right before closing time the night before my mom‘s birthday and she was able to get them back up and running again. My mom was able to hear for her 83rd birthday. She did all this kind work with a smile the whole time. She deserves a raise or promotion.
First let me say that Giuseppe and Meghan are great. I live across the street from Miracle Ear in Bay Shore. Meghan always works around my schedule and Giuseppe is the first Specialist to check my hearing aide like it was a fine expensive watch. I recommend them to everyone who asks where I purchased them while I’m praising them. Thank you Meghan and Giuseppe.
Great company the receptionist I think her name was Megan deserves a raise she really takes care of the customers and makes them feel at home and relaxed.
