(I added a star because the secretary in training seemed nice. But it was downhill from there…) Anyway, I took my 89-year-old mom there the other day for a hearing test. The man we dealt with was Blake Cordell, and it was like talking to an AI robot, minus the empathy. Sidenote: an older gentleman came in, having missed his appointment and the electronic messages regarding the cancellation thereof, and while he seemed genuinely confused, Cordell was VERY short with him - super snippy tone. I was unsure how the hearing aids would work but I’m pleasantly surprised. The staff at the Miracle Ear in Crossville TN have been great. The audiologist provide me with the information I needed to get hearing aids. With the follow up visits the aids were fine tuned after providing information on how the aids have been working. I can now hear people, the tv and surrounding noise of nature. I also like the ability to use with my phone for phone calls and listening to music.

This review I am writing for my husband’s visit today. His right hearing aid stopped working on last Sunday suddenly. Where he purchased them is not there anymore. We went into another place and they could not see him for over a week. Then they said they would have to possibly order a part that may or may not be covered. He walked into Miracle Ear and Sonya took him right in replaced his receiver with one she had there cleaned them up no appointment. No charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you we will be back.
