Office crew are very nice helpful and patient with you . They are also very good at accommodating customers .friendly and with a smile. Chet is awesome to work with so nice to do what he can to help you at . My hat off the both of them.

Please DO NOT BUY from Miracle Ear. My elderly mother-in-law bought hearing aids from them (Fremont location however this is a general review) almost four months ago for upwards of $6.5k. She passed away three weeks ago. We investigated seeing if Miracle Ear would buy them back to refurbish, but they do not do that. Also, unlike most hearing aids, Miracle Ear software is proprietary, which means that you cannot sell them to another company to clean and refurbish, only they can reprogram their hearing aids. Chet is wonderful with my mother who is turning 90 soon. He is skilled at programming hearing aids, kind and friendly. The service at the Fremont NE location is top notch, and cleanings, rechecks and hearing tests are at no charge. We highly recommend Chet and Miracle Ear.
