Please DO NOT BUY from Miracle Ear. My elderly mother-in-law bought hearing aids from them (Fremont location however this is a general review) almost four months ago for upwards of $6.5k. She passed away three weeks ago. We investigated seeing if Miracle Ear would buy them back to refurbish, but they do not do that. Also, unlike most hearing aids, Miracle Ear software is proprietary, which means that you cannot sell them to another company to clean and refurbish, only they can reprogram their hearing aids. Chet is wonderful with my mother who is turning 90 soon. He is skilled at programming hearing aids, kind and friendly. The service at the Fremont NE location is top notch, and cleanings, rechecks and hearing tests are at no charge. We highly recommend Chet and Miracle Ear.
I accompanied my husband in what has been a very satisfying experience of testing and finding hearing aids that far exceed any other hearing aids that he has tried. The specialist was very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in programming the hearing aids to best fit his needs. We appreciated him checking in to see how the hearing aids were working and quickly addressed any questions or concerns. Highly recommended to anyone needing help with their hearing.
I got my hearing aids at the Fremont Nebraska Miracle ear center and the service was way better than expected. Chet was very informative and helpful. I drove 2 1/2 hrs to get my hearing aids there. He knew just what I needed and they are top notch hearing aids! The last time I got hearing aids from a different provider, the service and the hearing aids were a joke. This place is the best place out there to get your hearing aids by far. It's well worth the drive and the money to go to the Fremont Nebraska Miracle ear center!
Service was friendly and trying his best to get me to understand how to put hearing aids in and even thought I needed a little bit better ones at no extra cost...cheston has done a wonderful job of guiding me in getting used to putting the hearing aids in.
