My friend and I, same age, both have the same insurance from employment so decided to try Miracle Ear. All experiences have been excellent. I have had no problems, she has had a hard time with fitting because of the shape of her ear canal. After many attempts, Judith Biscaia was able this week to create a great fit. This is the third day she has been able to put them in and wear them for the day.
Judith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in fixing my broken hearing aid. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I have noticed that my hearing was not what it was 10 years ago and finally decided to have a hearing test performed. I happened to drive by the Miracle-Ear new location at 126 Western Ave Suite #1 and made myself an appointment. I was able to get an appointment 1 week later which is a miracle all by itself. Most places are booked 6 weeks out. I went in for an exam, and the fellow explained everything in detail, answering all my questions. I would certainly recommend them.
