I had a software issue (needed a firmware update) with one of my hearing aids and the staff here were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed very quickly. Great service!

My stepmother and I both bought hearing aids with cash hers were 10,000 and mine were 6,000 and after 3 yrs they want to charge 90 dollars to fix reoccurring problem ya customer service ya as long as u pay when they fix the problem in 3 min in house ya that just sucks for fixed income no ins people
