Friendly, professional service.
While visiting Michigan in January from Oregon, my right hearing aid just quit working. In the middle of the worst possible weather I was able to connect with the Big Rapids office for Miracle Ear. The staff was so cheerful and welcoming. The ear bud was repaired and we were done is less than 15 minutes!!!!
I had a software issue (needed a firmware update) with one of my hearing aids and the staff here were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed very quickly. Great service!
