Ever since I moved from Wisconsin to Washington and started going to the office in Aberdeen I have wondered why they do not clean your hearing aides in front of you. I am very unhappy with the treatment I received today when I complained that my hearing aides really do nothing for me. I would think that for $6,700. they would help me hear. They do not. She told me they are old and need to be replaced and it is not her problem. I will not be going back and if I ever do replace them it will NOT be with Miracle Ear.
Went about a decade thinking that my hearing was garbage because of how hard conversations are for me in noisy environments. Found out these guys would test me for free even without insurance, so it seemed like a good idea. Dr. Leona was very friendly and explained my results to me. Turns out my hearing is great, which is very comforting after years of thinking it wasn't. Now I know it's a processing issue, not a hearing issue.
Never got a hearing test done before I came here. It was super simple and quick. They did a great job explaining everything.
