The Miracle Ear office located in Madison, Indiana deserves five stars and more. I so appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown to my 85 year old mother. Kayla and Nanci-Beth both have shown exemplary behavior towards mom and I. Thanks so much for all your assistance in making sure mom got her earring aids.
The new hearing aids are working very well. I am especially impressed with the ongoing service. The ladies at the Madison Indiana office make the whole experience a pleasure!
My hearing aids all plug up,cleaned quickly in very professional manner from Nanci and assistant very knowledgeable and kind.
Brought in my mother in law for a hearing check. Was greeted with a smile and great attitudes. Kayla and Nanci-Beth were very helpful and knowledgeable, made my whole day !!!!! Will be back in the future !!
