My experience with James Gross was very professional , he was super nice got my hearing aid working again! Very nice meeting him for the first time and Janet was very sweet also!
I received excellent service there the staff was friendly and welcoming. They do a great job at maintaining my hearing aids.
I have had trouble hearing for 35 years and have been to several places to get hearing aids over the years. Miracle Ear in Bluefield, Virginia, is by far the best place I have ever been to. My new hearing aids have given me a new lease on life. Now I can hear conversations with family and friends. I can hear the phone when it rings and my doorbell.
