Extraordinary excellent service from all three of the Audiologists we've dealt with in Rexburg, as well as with Kristi the receptionist. After receiving problematic service elsewhere with expenses contrary to what was promised there, it has always been a pleasure to deal with Miracle Ear in Rexburg.
Jim Williamson was amazing! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I was impressed with my initial visit at Miracle Ear. I received a lesson about the ear's anatomy, followed by a complete, thorough examination. They informed me of the words I could not understand on the test. I am satisfied with the hearing aid, as well as the quality hearing aid kit.
Kati is great and takes really good care of me, she deserves extra brownie points!
